Acrylic special release agent T-108

 
  Acrylic resin needs a release agent during molding to ensure that the resin and the mold can be separated. In this regard, T-108 has excellent performance, especially when used on low shrinkage resins, which can achieve a very smooth surface effect. T-108 is added to the resin and has the following advantages as a release.
 

• Reduce the cost and working time of painting on the mold surface

• The mold is easy to maintain and protect the glass mold from corrosion

• The use of external release agent is easy to cause damage to the finished product and mold bumps

Recommended usage::

When using it as an internal release in the resin composition, we recommend using a percentage of the resin as the initial test, and the usual usage is about 0.03%~0.1%. That is, 0.3-1g T-108 mold release agent is added to 10 tons of MMA monomer. It should be noted that the mold itself must be clean and free of other release agents, and the abrasive tool can be pre-coated before use to ensure that there is no mucosa at the beginning. Things to note:

• Pay attention to direct contact with skin, eyes or clothing.

• 
  

• It is irritating to the skin and eyes, if it gets in contact with it, it should be rinsed with water immediately or seek medical attention.

• 
  

• Take off the contaminated clothing and wash it sufficiently
