Precautions for color paste operation

3. Use the ratio of 1 (color paste): 3 (raw material), stir at high speed for 20 minutes, and then pour it into the foaming tank, and mix evenly with the clinker at high speed for about 50 minutes.

7. If you use Jianxin OK-1 sunscreen, there is no need to dissolve it with raw materials. OK-1 0.5%=PS liquid 1% can be directly put into the clinker tank and mixed with the color paste at high speed.

If the color paste concentration needs to be increased to 2% (bathtub board), the viscosity should be above 80 seconds to avoid double-sided color problems.

Calculation method of color paste ratio                                           

Generally speaking, the production of plates is based on the ratio of 3mm 1%. Taking the 3mm thickness plate with the length and width dimensions of 1220mm*2440mm as an example, it is 1220mm*2440mm*3mm*1.19Kg/m3 (MMA specific gravity)≒10.7KG, then 1% color paste is added as 10.7kg*0.01=0.107kg=107g

For the same size and different thickness, the addition amount is subject to the thickness addition of 3mm, and the special size is adjusted according to customer needs.

Special attention: Because the nature of the secondary material is not easy to grasp, so in some specific colors or models, when operating thin plates below 2.5mm, our company will recommend using ok-1 sunscreen, which will reduce the precipitation of the shadow to the lightest , Part of the color liquid can be operated with PS liquid (styrene), depending on the actual operation.
