OK-1 paste (special mist for thin plate)

In response to the gradual requirements for sheet specifications in the acrylic market and the increasing intensity of the LED light source, the defect rate of the sheet is often several times that of the normal 3mm sheet. Therefore, our company obtained nano-level sunscreen from Japan after research and development.

Product Features:

1 Increase the scattering of the LED light source, the softness of the light transmission effect, and the effect of uniform light;

2 Plates below 2.5mm have extremely high stability and reduce defective rate;

3 The operation method is simple, OK-1 is a nano-level sunscreen, no need to use raw materials to dissolve;

4 Convenient for factory production management, products of specific specifications, with high transmittance and softness;

5 With single-sided mode, the light transmittance can reach 65%, and the haze can reach 92%.

 
Instructions:

OK-1 paste 0.5%=PS liquid 1%

*Pour directly into the foaming tank and stir with the color paste colleague in the foaming tank to disperse without dissolving with the raw material

*Example description:

Take 3mm 1 ton PMMA clinker as an example:

With 1% of color paste, 10kg of color paste is required; while 1% of PS solution is equivalent to 0.5% of OK-1 paste, and 5KG of OK-1 paste is required
